site. Customer Information Reckon It, Inc. does not use "cookies" to collect consumer information. Cutomer information is nver sold or intentionally disclosed to outside concerns. Only our senior management is permitted to access the Email account, which is password protected. Reckon It, Inc. uses PayPal for payment processing. PayPal's privacy policy governs these transactions and can be viewed at www.paypal.com. We receive "confirmation of sale" Email from PayPal, which includes the customer's Email address. We also receive Email direct from customers and via the form located on the “Contact Us” page, during the "product activation process", and for sales and support inquires. We do retain contact details in our Email database. It is our policy to provide customers with product update notifications, etc., and will typically follow up with prospective customers until a sale is made, or until they express disinterest, at which time we discontinue future marketing efforts. At any time customers or prospects can opt to be taken off our active list by sending an Email to Sales@Reckonit.com. We commit to responding to all such requests with 48-hours.
